To a question on the cooperative property

The author gives reason for existence of the cooperative property in Russia and offers its legislative consolidation. Differentiation between corporationism of economic partnerships, companies and cooperatives is distinguished. Directs attention to discrepancy of the law regulating the relations with participation of cooperatives and members of cooperatives. The conclusion that in property base of agricultural cooperatives relations of collective and private form of ownership interweaves proves.
