The problem of corruption in the process of interaction between the state and business in the public procurement system

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of corruption in the process of interaction between the state and business in the field of public procurement. In Russia, there is an acute issue related to the direct conduct of public procurement, while the occurrence of such phenomena as corruption strongly affects the efficiency of the functioning of this system. Based on this, it is necessary to consider this problem in order to find possible ways to solve it and reduce its negative consequences.
