The problem of non-responsibility of administrative punishment for offenses in road traffic

The author analyzes the problems of proper execution of administrative punishment for offenses in the field of road traffic available in law enforcement practice. The norms of the current legislation and law enforcement practice on execution of decisions on cases for offenses in the field of traffic are analyzed. It is concluded that large amounts of fines, the recovery of which is a problem of enforcement, in some cases must be replaced by other, commensurate types of punishment. The recommendations on improving the legislation on administrative liability in the field of road traffic are formulated.
