The problem of providing national schools of Tatarstan with teaching staff in the Soviet period

The article deals with the specifics of national educational institutions development in the system of regional education of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Soviet period. The authors discuss the main problems of the national school development in the sphere of teachers' training. It has been found that in the territory of Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic there was a peculiar system of national regional education including a complex of institutions with national character. Historical and pedagogical experience of Tatarstan on the resolution of problems of national teaching resources' training taking into account the specifics of national schools of the region is analysed. It is concluded that such experience formed a basis for implementation of the modern regional education system focused on development of the national-level identity.
