The problem of multi-professionalismin psychology, acmeology and in practice

The article shows a modern tendency to complicate professional activities in the so-called complex activities. Their multiprofessional competence includes the actual professional, managerial, economic, legal, and psychological, acmeological competences, multiprofessional qualities and skills associated with the principal directions of complex functions or activities. In the functional system of different types of professionalism, each kind of professionalism is a subsystem of the overall multiprofessional system. Thus multiprofessionalism of activity should be considered as generalized qualitative characteristics of the subject of labor, which is express in the following properties: high level of competence and multiprofessional qualifications; variety of effective professional skills and abilities, including different creative solutions; high stability of the results of activities; steady trend to increase their results.The ideas of multiprofessionalism should be reflected in the practice of training in higher educational institutions.
