Problem of crime in local government institutions: on materials of Ufa province (last quarter of XIX - beginning of XX centuries)

The article deals with the problem of crime in the organs of territorial self-government. Despite the sufficient lack of knowledge on history of counties, its individual aspects remain poorly understood. In this regard, we can distinguish the question of wrongdoing in the authorities of territorial self-government. His study complements the view on the conditions of the internal work of the provincial institutions, the interaction of public and state administration bodies. For the analysis of identified problems, the materials involved county of Ufa Province, the bulk of which was first introduced in the scientific revolution. A study of the work of the provincial Executive office has led to the conclusion that a legislative shield it from the administrative influence of local authorities could have negative consequences for the provincial budget and the provisions of the county payers.
