The problem of the legal regime of service residential premises

This work considers a unique legal phenomenon in domestic legislation - service housing, namely, the transformation of its legal regime for the purposes of privatization. Thanks to the establishment of indefinite privatization problem of finding a balance between the interests of the owners of specialized housing stock and citizens wishing to enter into ownership rights, does not lose its relevance, as evidenced by numerous court practice.
