Problem of application of special technical means in the administrative activity of the police

The article deals with special technical means used in the administrative activities of the police. These funds are common in many countries and serve as a measure to prevent administrative violations. The author believes that the special means specified in the article are aimed at identifying administrative delicts. The most massively applied special means is a means of video recording of administrative violations in the field of road traffic. The activities of the organs of the court and the police received a normative basis for bringing to the legal responsibility of the offenders, based on photo and video materials.
