The work describes the regulatory and organizational features of ensuring and the problems of fulfilling the duties of advocates for advanced training in Russia. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop a single algorithm and methodology for advanced training of advocates, to form criteria for the admissibility and sufficiency of advanced training options. As a solution to the problem of bringing a lawyer to disciplinary responsibility, the solution will be to adjust the relevant norms of the Code of Professional Ethics of Advocate .
