The problem of recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions

This article raises the problem of recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts as one of the most important issues of modern private international law. In this area, the following conflicts are distinguished: the inconsistency of the norms of national legislation with each other, the absence of both a clear system of interaction of bodies and an accurate list of legal acts in this area. The article provides examples of judicial practice that clearly indicate the relevance of the stated topic and proposals for resolving these conflicts.
