The problem of discovery of personal resources of self-realization (case study of elite athletes)

The article deals with the theoretical ideas about the strategy of discovery of personal resources of self-realization by case study of elite athletes. The authors prove the thesis that the elite athletes’ personal fulfillment is possible if one takes into account inevitability of discrepancy between demands of professional activity and personal resources complying with these demands.
