The differentiation problem of the knowledgeable individuals as the bearers of special expertise in the criminal procedure: formal and substantive aspects

The differentiation problem of the procedural figures of the expert and the specialist in the criminal legal proceedings is considered in the article. The conclusion about the possibility of such differentiation by four criteria: subjects, procedural mode, evidentiary value, stages is made.
