Problem of the Russian national self-consciousness in the philosophical search of P. E. Astafiev

In the article the author analyzes creative work of the Russian philosopher P.E.Astafyev concerning development of the national self-consciousness. The peculiarities and unique features of the Russian character singled out by the thinker are of great interest. The author pays attention to the originality of the solutions of the Russian self-consciousness development in Russia that is presented in the ideological heritage of P.E. stafiev.
