The problem of lowering of scales of shadow economy is among priorities, and its decision requires complex and effective measures. In article approaches to determination of an entity of shadow economy are considered, scales and the reasons of existence of shadow economy in small business are considered, recommendations about lowering of scales of shadow economy in small business are made.
