The paper considers the problem of the value status. The basic concepts of value theory in which the values are regarded as the essential function of the human mind are pointed out. The basic forms of subjectivism are revealed. The specificity of its differences from the objectivist concepts is explained. The article is theoretic basis for the further development of the theory of value.
