Аnnotation: The article analyzes the problem of typologies of political systems and regimes in domestic political science. The past XX century is known for the most terrible wars in the history of mankind, which gave birth to fascism in Italy and Nazism in Germany. In the modern world, studies related to theoretical forecasting and understanding the transformations of political systems and regimes are of increasing interest to the political and scientific community.
