Problem of tolerant consciousness in international relations

In article it is reflected that a supreme value of social development and international relations is the tolerant consciousness, as a basis of an inner world of the person. In a modern society the tolerant consciousness should become meaningly formed model of mutual relations of people, the people, and the countries. The tolerance and trust position is a basis for realisation of a choice of the future generations towards peace, instead of wars, mankind peaceful coexistence, instead of conflicts.
