The problem of criminal responsibility for the completion of the athlete to use substances and (or) methods prohibited for use in sport

The article considers the peculiarities of criminal liability for the use of doping. An analysis is made of the shortcomings in the criminal law provisions, which provide for responsibility for inducing the athlete to use substances and (or) methods prohibited for use in sports.
