The problem of imposing the duty to improve neighborhoods in municipal units

In this article, the authors, through the prism of the analysis of judicial practice, reveal the problems faced by municipalities in the field of organization of improvement. The authors come to the conclusion that municipal entities have the right to establish a duty to clean the adjacent territory for economic entities, since such an obligation is an integral part of the improvement.
