Problem of sustainable development of regional socio eco systems in the conditions of globilisation

Main clauses of the Conception of global and regional sustainable development are analysed in the article. Philosophic perception of modern world society which integrates multi-factor processes of glocalisation and pre-sustainable/sustainable development into triple-single-orientated whole is presented. Cause-and-effect connection and determinism with the tendencies which are characteristics of them are the basic argument of constructive shift to the sustainable development.
