Neurotechnology and crime: legal dilemmas

The article examines the legal dilemmas that arise in connection with the use of neurotechnology in the context of crime. The potential threats and challenges that these technologies pose to the criminal law system are discussed. Practical examples and the current legislation of the Russian Federation analyzing the impact of neurotechnologies on law enforcement and legal awareness are given.
