The problem of urban air pollution (a case study of Ulan-Ude)

The article is aimed at identifying the sources of air pollution in the urban agglomeration of Ulan-Ude with a breakdown into administrative districts. The objectives of the research are to determine the natural and climatic factors that contribute to air pollution. As materials, we have used data from scientific and statistical reports, annual state reports, materials from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Roshydromet. The research methods are cartographic, statistical, systemic. It has been found that for a a more detailed and coherent picture of air pollution, further monitoring and recommendations for taking measures to reduce air pollution in Ulan-Ude are necessary.
