The paper explored an issue of gender equality for women raised by M. Charinov in the drama pieces ("Gabibat and Gadzhiyav", "Shagalay", "Shumaysat"). The study particularly emphasized how much M. Charinov had been impassioned by the social standing of the Dagestan woman in the local community.
