Problematic issues and court practice of holding liable for copyright infringement

The article deals with the problem of prosecution for copyright infringement, in particular, the definition applied whether a violation of major damage, its size, for the purposes of criminal prosecution, and especially recover damages and compensation from infringers of copyright in civil law. The reasons for the ineffectiveness of measures of copyright protection. It is concluded that there is no unified court practice in addressing these issues, and proposes measures to improve legislation to ensure effective protection of these rights.
