The problems of legal adjusting of relations arising in connection with passing to the mechanisms of self-regulation in professional activity

This article describes some problems of SRO appearance in conditions of state regulation of law and economics, and explores the history and foreign experience of SRO. Special attention is paid to SRO appearance and their spread in the Russian Federation, as well as the approximate outlook of further changes about SRO are given.
