Problems criminal defense property business entities Russia relations

The issues of legal protection of business entities – effective remedy crime entrepreneurs’ rights and guarantee their protection from illegal actions of law enforcement officials. Analyzes the existing rules of criminal procedure of the Russian legislation. The author concludes that the result of amendments in 2009–2011 legislative changes created a differentiated legal proceedings in cases of crimes in the sphere of economic and business activity, and offers a systematic manner to focus the accepted norms in a separate chapter of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
