Problematic aspects and formation of goals of ensuring demographic security of the Republic of Belarus

In the article the analysis of problems related to improvement of governance of socio-demographic development of the Republic of Belarus. It should be noted that the negative trends in demographic development, namely the high birth rate, high death rate of men of working age is characteristic not only for Belarus, but also several other countries. However, the modern development of the Republic of Belarus connected with implementation of the national economic model of socially oriented, legal and demographic trends, gives grounds for optimistic forecasts in relation to its socio-economic and demographic prospects.
