Problematic aspects of presentation a claim to protect the interests of an indefinite number of persons in civil proceedings

This article is devoted to the problem of filing a claim in defense of the interests of an indefinite circle of persons. The author analyzes the legislation and court practice, highlights the problematic aspects of the law related to the lack of legal regulation of the concept of an indefinite set of persons, reveals a discrepancy in the legal provisions of code of civil procedure code and the resulting error jurisprudence.
