Problem aspects of payment of customs payments to the budget of Russia

The problem of effective regulation of commodity flows and the creation of a favorable competitive environment for national producers is one of the most significant in the field of foreign economic and foreign trade activities. One of the main ways of regulating this area is the application of economic measures of influence, carried out by establishing and collecting customs duties when moving goods across the customs border of the Union. The article touches upon a number of problematic issues related to the timeliness and completeness of customs payments to the Russian budget.
