Fields of research problems in the innovative development of universities in the Republic of Cote D'Ivoire

This article discusses theoretical issues of understanding the terms «problem», «field» and «field of research problems». The aim of this work was to identify and describe the fields of research problems related to the development of university education in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. The subject of this research was the development of university education in modern conditions. Various ways of formulating problems in scientific research are analyzed. Different points of view on the typology of fields of research problems are studied. The article analyses a cluster of fields of research problems emerging in the process of innovative development of university education in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. The authors focused on some fundamental fields of research problems in the innovative development of university education in the Republic, i.e. regulatory, methodological, socially determined, conceptual, subject oriented and pedagogical fields. These fields cover all possible changes taking place in the sociocultural space of the Republic, in the requirements for the teaching staff following the signing of the Bologna agreement, in the behavior and social interaction as well as in the intersubjective nature of this interaction, etc...
