Problematic issues of control in the public procurement system

The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the law enforcement problems of control in the public procurement system. The article analyzes the internal control process itself, in particular, using elements of the project approach when setting significant points aimed at achieving results in the framework of public procurement. To analyze the legislation and practice of application in the field of public procurement, and to offer practical recommendations for the use of monitoring methods, and the definition of control points, in order to ensure transparency of procurement procedures and minimize financial risks.
