The issues of the objective side of the retail sale of alcoholic beverages to minors

The article deals with the problematic issues of the objective side of an offence associated with the retail sale of alcoholic beverages to minors. In the course of the detailed examination of a socially dangerous act as an obligatory component of the objective side of a crime, stipulated by the Art. 15V of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, it was concluded that in the event of exchange, transfer as a reward (gift), or wholesale of alcoholic beverages to a minor, that is, any form of marketing, it is impossible to impose criminal liability on a delinquent, which, in the author’ opinion, is a significant omission of the legislator.
