Problematic issues of the digital platforms using in the activities of construction organizations

The article presents the results of consideration of digital platforms and services in the examination of project documentation, highlights the economic effects and problems of implementing these tools and the applicant's Personal Account service, analyzes the features of digitalization of the Institute of state and non-state expertise of project documentation and the Unified State Register of Conclusions (GIS EGRZ). Prospects, effects and problems of BIM project expertise are considered, justification of the possibility of using neural network technology in the design and examination of capital construction projects is presented.
