Methods of investigation of grievous bodily harm by medical personnel

Introduction: the article deals with the analysis of the methods of investigation of infliction of grievous bodily harm committed by medical workers. Materials and Methods: the methodology of the study was general scientific method of cognition of laws of objective phenomena and reality that come around in law enforcement agency activity including crime investigation. The author used general and specific research methods such as comparison, analysis, synthesis, special logical, structural and functional. Results: the author figured out typical investigational situations when investigating infliction of grievous bodily harm committed by medical workers. Discussion and Conclusions: the author worked out algorithm to investigate infliction of grievous bodily harm committed by medical workers.
