Problem issues in the development of the AEO institute in the Russian Federation

In modern trade relations between countries, issues related to the infrastructural provision of goods flows occupy a significant position. The article considers the current state and importance of authorized economic operators (AEO) in the Russian Federation. The main positive and negative factors affecting the development of the AEO institute are outlined. In addition, the main activities carried out by the FCS to resolve problematic issues arising within the framework of the AEO are presented.
