Problematic issues of procurement detelnosi in institutions of the penal system

The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the problematic issues of procurement activities in the institutions of the penitentiary system. In the article, we analyzed the relevance of the issues of application by employees of the operational units of institutions and bodies of the penal system of the regulatory framework, which are key points in identifying and solving crimes committed in the field of procurement to meet the needs of the penal system. The definition of the mechanism for committing crimes, the circle of persons involved in the commission of crimes, possible ways of concealing them, the essence of the process of meeting the needs of the penitentiary system in various goods, works, services, the source and subject of theft, subjects this category of crimes. In addition, we analyzed the practice of application in the field of public procurement, in particular, the use of information resources that make it possible to automate the procurement process as much as possible from placing a notice to summarizing and executing the contract, which implies more opportunities for procurement.
