Problems of administrative responsibility in the field of labor protection

The article is devoted to the consideration of issues of liability for violation of legal requirements in the field of labor protection. In particular, the paper analyzes the institution of administrative responsibility for violations in this sphere and the topical problems of law enforcement. Moreover, the study reviews other types of liability for such an offense and reveals the advantages of administrative responsibility as an instrument for regulating labor protection relations. The authors assess the practice of making administratively responsible for violation of labor protection requirements. The relevant issues of regulating the abovementioned requirements, as well as administrative responsibility for their violation are identified. Based on the importance of solving these problems in order to implement the citizens’ labor rights, the authors provide measures towards their elimination.
