Problems of automation of replenishment of quota of transportation documents in air transport

The article is devoted to the key problems of automation of the process of replenishment of the quota of transportation documents for small businesses in the field of air transport - air tickets sales agencies. The current methods of quota management based on financial guarantees and the action of agency agreements, as well as restrictions related to technical, organizational and financial aspects are described. Possible ways of solving the considered problems in the field of mutual settlements between the agency and Russian airlines are proposed.
