Problems of combating corruption crimes

It is devoted to the analysis of the origins of corruption and the main ways to combat it. Modern federal laws and other regulatory legal acts governing this issue are considered. In Russia addressed the issue of accession to the concluded within the Council of Europe Convention on civil liability for corruption (1999) and the Additional Protocol to the criminal Convention on corruption (2003), as well as on the Agreement on cooperation of member-States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in combating corruption and the Agreement on creation of the Interstate Council on counteracting corruption.
