Problems of definition of the concepts of "traditional knowledge" and "traditional expressions of culture": informational and cultural approach

The article raises the question of terminological duality of the definition of traditional knowledge and cultural expressions. The problem is considered in the legal, theoretical, expert-analytical aspect. It is proposed to improve the terminology used, relying on the harmonization of cultural research traditions and the tasks of documenting intangible ethno-cultural heritage.
