Problems of deviant behavior in Siberian institutions for disabled persons and ways of its overcoming

The article presents study results of different types of deviant behavior in houses for the disabled persons in 1920s basing upon previously unpublished Siberian archival materials. By the specific examples the author analyzes causes and forms of deviations, as well as the ways of social control over deviant behavior in the institutions providing services for disabled and elderly people.
