Problems of the dialogue of cultures: studying, theory, practice

In the process of preparing for the World Conference on Intercultural and Interfaith Cooperation (St. Petersburg), scheduled for May 16 - 18 2022 г., in September 2021, under the leadership of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the VIII Parliamentary Forum "Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Population of Russia" was held in Yaroslavl. The proposed article outlines the components of the concept of "historical and cultural heritage", which, of course, is multifaceted and organic. If at the same time the national component is also affected - the national-cultural environment, then this necessitates an indispensable analysis of the state of interethnic relations themselves in their main directions in society. This has a deep historical meaning. Such efforts bring closer, first of all, to the solution of such a problem as the formation of conditions for ensuring the security of the state.
