The problems of differentation criminal responsibility for multiple offenses

Purpose: To study the differentiation of criminal responsibility for the multiple offenses. Methodology: Systemic, formal - legal, statistical methods are used. Results: The article contains a conclusion about the legislator ineffection use of means of differentiation responsibility for the plurality of crimes and about the prevalence to unify responsibility for the plurality of crimes. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a high scientific value, because this is one of the first attempts at a comprehensive study of the problems of differentiation responsibility for the multiple offenses.
