The problems of investment projects financing in technological complexes of Russian industry

The article develops management approaches to the optimization of investment projects financing in industrial complexes in the Russian industry. The authors consider creation of electronic financial systems in the Russian Federation regions and municipal entities. The electronic financial systems are a brand new technological level of the national economy development, creating a positive multiplier effect for the Russian industry.
