Problems of financing corporations in the conditions of the world crisis

The article examines the theoretical aspects of financing corporate activities in the context of the global crisis. The article provides an expert assessment of the scale and depth of the 2020 financial crisis, which is due to the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic, and also provides a number of theses on the measures taken on the scale of the world economy aimed at neutralizing the negative consequences of the crisis. Particular emphasis is placed on disclosing the features of overcoming financial crises by modern corporations, as well as the directions of anti-crisis policy and directions of financing corporations in crisis conditions. The analysis of anti-crisis programs of the world countries is carried out, the assessment of the government program of assistance to Russian companies is given. The absolute and relative share of expenditures for supporting economic entities in developed countries and in Russia is estimated. It was revealed that the process of managing corporations is becoming much more complicated, which is particularly affected by the cyclical nature of the observed financial crisis. The main methods of neutralizing negative influences and directions of overcoming the financial crisis by corporations have been determined. The main directions of anti-crisis policy are proposed, which meet the need for optimal financing of corporations in the context of the global crisis. The role of international financial institutions, in particular the International Monetary Fund, is assessed.
