Problems of financing mandatory medical insurance in the Russian Federation

The article discusses the main problems of financing compulsory medical insurance in the Russian Federation. The changes in the financing of the health care system over the past five years are indicated. The mechanism of financing the provision of medical care in the CHI system for both the working population and non-working citizens has been established. The indicators of the budget of the Federal Fund for compulsory health insurance of the Russian Federation and the territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Novosibirsk region are considered. Proposed measures to solve these problems.
