Issues on financing venture business in Russia

This paper reflects some issues on financing venture business in Russia at present when innovative small-scale business entities are developing. Some comparative data on the development of venture business in different countries in 2011-2012 are given herein, and key figures on the Skolkovo Fund operation are displayed in the paper. The author is treating some features of the risk capital and identifying tasks of Russia to take the way of innovations.
