Problems of financial control: a practical and theoretical aspects

The article outlines the main problems that arise in the implementation of state financial control in the Russian Federation, in particular: has been examined the problem of determining the main theoretical provisions of financial control, problem of consolidating the system of state authoritys exercising financial control in the Russian Federation and problems arising in practical activity of control authority.
