Problems of financial rehabilitation of problem banks and the ways of their solutions

The article discusses the essence of the mechanism for the reorganization of Russian banks through the Bank of Russia Consolidation Fund and its management company, created by the Bank of Russia. The problems of a new mechanism for financial recovery of banks are identified. Suggested ways to solve identified problems.
