Problems of the legal consciousness cultivation in the modern youth

The legal consciousness is extremely individual. However it should comply with the public consciousness, so the legal theories, ideas, views established in society must be reflected in the legal consciousness of the person. Today the main idea of the public legal consciousness is an idea of the high social value of law, of the necessity for adherence to it, strict adherence to the due process of law.
